Kicking Off the School Year with Fun and Fajitas!

What better way to start the school year than with good food, great company, and a little celebration? Our Alpha Xi Chapter gathered at El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant for our "Back to School" Kick-off, and it was a blast!

We had a large table full of members and guests join in the festivities, making it a lively and cheerful evening. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, conversation, and the delicious aroma of Mexican cuisine. From sizzling fajitas to crispy tacos, everyone enjoyed their favorite dishes while catching up with fellow members.

One of the highlights of the evening was the special treat for our active teachers. Our thoughtful retired teacher members put together back-to-school goody bags, filled with all sorts of fun and useful items to help them start the year on a high note. The smiles on the teachers’ faces as they received their goody bags were priceless!

It was the perfect way to kick off the new school year, and we're all feeling energized and ready to tackle whatever comes our way. Here's to a fantastic year ahead, filled with learning, growth, and plenty of moments to celebrate together!
