Spotlight on Storytelling: Dive into Carroll Taylor's Latest Book and Play!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news from our very own Alpha Xi member, Carroll! She has been busy creating and sharing her talents with the world.

Earlier this year, Carroll’s one-act play, An Appointment with the Year-Monger, was brought to life onstage at the Peacock Performing Arts Center in Hayesville, NC. The play, performed in February 2024, captivated audiences and showcased Carroll’s remarkable storytelling abilities.

But that's not all! Carroll has also released a new book, Facing Toward the East, a beautiful collection of poems that was published on June 18th by Redhawk Publications. Her poetic work invites readers to explore thought-provoking themes and emotions, making it a must-read for anyone who appreciates the art of verse.
